ITF History
The ITF is born!
ITF was formed at a meeting held in conjunction with the Oztag Australia and New Zealand Tag Football Incorporated that was held in Auckland in the summer of 2008. Attendees included Perry Haddock (Oztag Australia), Claude Iusitini (NZTFI) Darryl Bovaird (NZTFI), Jasoynn Koroheke (NZTFI). The meeting discussed Tag rules, Tag Balls, Equipment, The setting up of the organisation, The Constitution and the 5 year Plans, Merchandise and Development and up coming events.
It was determined that the International Board be formed and that Oztag Australia act as the secretariat and bear the costs of running the international body in the interim till the body was officially up and running.
